Assistant State Attorney Brian Cavanagh said the case had been delayed due to the retirement of the prosecutor assigned to it, and has been reassigned to a team that expects to present findings to a grand jury in the coming months.   "The family is obviously disappointed the State Attorney's Office has not moved this case further," family attorney Jarrett Blakeley said. "We can't see any evidence they are investigating or actually doing anything. If we saw they were doing something, it would be easier to be patient. But we haven't heard anything. We don't understand why it's taking this long.
